China secured an 83-78 victory over Uruguay in the first of two warm-up games between the teams in Foshan, south China’s Guangdong Province, on Thursday, with a balanced offensive effort helping the host overcome a late challenge from their opponents.

China made a fast start as He Xining scored the team’s first six points, including a four-point play and a fast-break layup. The host led at halftime, with both teams exchanging runs in a closely contested opening two quarters.

Uruguay responded with disciplined offensive execution, using ball movement and cuts to create scoring opportunities. However, China improved defensively after the break, applying more pressure and limiting Uruguay’s rhythm on offense. China took a 63-57 advantage into the final quarter before holding off a late comeback attempt.

He Xining finished with a team-high 17 points, while Jiao Boqiao added 14 points and Hu Jinqiu contributed 12 points and six rebounds. Eleven Chinese players scored in the game as head coach Guo Shiqiang rotated his squad during the preparation match.

For Uruguay, Nicola Pomoli led the team with 17 points, while Joaquin Rodriguez scored 16 and Martín Rojas added 14. Despite staying competitive for long stretches, Uruguay struggled to consistently convert opportunities against China’s defensive adjustments.

Guo said the game provided valuable preparation for China, praising Uruguay’s organized offensive system and noting that facing different playing styles would help his team improve its defensive patience and concentration.

China and Uruguay will meet again on Saturday as part of the warm-up series as the two teams prepare for 2027 FIBA World Cup qualifying.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
